I used Best Buy/Magnolia and had terrible results. One shop that does an excellent job is Total Control Remotes - www.totalcontrolremotes.com. I don't have the phone number handy, but it's on the website. Not only did they program and customize my touchscreen, but they gave me a lifetime contract for free programming changes for life for $75. That's a deal your not going to find anywhere. Jimmy B.
